Everyone Matters

Everyone Matters is a new area of work focussed on people. This includes people who work within Cleveland Police and the communities it serves. We recognise that in order to best protect our communities from harm and help them to be stronger, we need to focus on how we help our staff be the best they can possibly be and how they can then positively engage with and deliver a high quality of service, rightly expected by our diverse communities.

Everyone Matters and our Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Strategy 2016-2020 is about shaping an innovative environment built upon firm foundations of values, ethics, transparency, inclusion and value of diversity and ensuring we have an internal maturity to challenge behaviours or attitudes that don’t support that.
