Appeal after Incidents of Criminal Damage in Redcar

Police are appealing for information after a home was repeatedly targeted in two separate incidents of criminal damage in Redcar.

The first incident took place between 5pm on Thursday 29th December and 9am on Friday 30th December at an address on Roseberry Road. Two vehicles, a white Vauxhall Vivaro van and a red Suzuki Swift, had all four tyres slashed on both vehicles.

A second incident took place at around 2.45am on Wednesday 30th January at the same address on Roseberry Road. A male suspect approached the property and poured petrol into the letter box.

A 53-year-old man was arrested in connection with the first incident and he was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
